Bean is OK, don't care for the others.

When I made up the list I figgered the big complaints would be for my
leaving off Rio Bravo and Eastwood's Unforgiven.

The 1935 version? I've never seen it.

Second person to mention this one -- I need to check it out.

I officially revise my list to include Run Of The Arrow and another

Morricone.

Lee Van Cleef and Tomas Milian, directed by Sergio Sollima; again,
great score by Morricone.

No, it's the 1951 version with George Montgomery, directed by Phil
Karlson. Quite violent for its time.

I should add that when I did my list I didn't consult yours first; I
wanted mine to be fresh. Then I looked at yours and took one off my
list and replaced it with one on yours that I'd forgotten about...ONE-
EYED JACKS.

Unforgiven's absence is what I noticed first, and I would add it. I'd
toss in Django and The Long Riders, too. I liked the fact that 3:10
To Yuma made your top 20, and that High Noon didn't.

Joe Kidd as the sixth Eastwood, huh? (after the Dollars trilogy,
Unforgiven and The Outlaw Josey Wales) Hmmmm ... gotta go with High
Plains Drifter or even Two Mules For Sister Sara before Joe Kidd. I'd
even put the former before The Outlaw Josey Wales, which I never liked.

On Unforgiven, I just figured you didn't care for modern movies.

I think I'm gonna try and watch your list since my western experience
is mostly limited to Eastwood films and 70's Westerns.
