Phil,
Give WaveAgent for Mac a shot.

You don't say what machine you recorded with, but it should be able to
manipulate the BWav header info for any machine. That said, we have
heard some reports of problems loading Cantar files, which we are
looking at.
Once you run Wave Agent, on the bottom half of the screen you can see
all of the Broadcast Wave parameters that you can change.
Now import your files in the Files menu and select them all. Make sure
the "Preserve Start TC" box is checked and then change the frame rate in
the drop down box to 30ND. Once you click save at the bottom of the
screen you will see the Frame Rate for all the files change to 30ND.
Your file start time will remain the same, but the Samples since
Midnight start point for the file will be recalculated for 30ND and
written to the file.
Obviously only use copies of your original files--although I guess the
'Masters' are already at the post house...
