does anyone know the tittle for a movie from the 60's about a vampire that was
drawn & quartered and later resurrected by the use of blood

"Die Schlangengrube und das Pendel" aka "The Torture Chamber of Doctor
Sadism" 1967, with Christopher Lee as the reunited Count Regula.

Also known as "Castle of the Walking Dead." Great atmosphere in this one,
definitely pick this one up.
