Independent Web TV service Babelgum has released a new version of its
website (http://www.babelgum.com) with a brand new Flash-based player,
where you can watch hundreds of feature length and short films
directly in your browser (no plug-in required!). Watch films here:

There's also a selection of special content from the 2nd Babelgum
Online Film Festival, judged by Spike Lee with over 600 films in 4
categories (Documentary, Short film, Animation and Mini-Masterpiece).
Voting ends April 2nd, and you can now vote directly from your
browser. Lend your support to these up and coming indie filmmakers and
vote for your favorites!

Babelgum also announced that they will be premiering “Bananaz”, a
feature documentary by Ceri Levy on the internationally acclaimed
virtual band Gorillaz on April 20th, before the film is released
