I didn't. I was doped up in the hospital for a busted intestinal wall

Okay....

Now....
Either you didn't see this, and thus might want to make a small apology to
Ahmed.
Or you *did*, chose to ignore it, and thus are truly a lost cause.

Well.. I don't think they should have come up with ANYTHING.
Up until the WHACK across the head and the next to lack of response, I was
quite prepared to accept that he *was* human.
But, fortunately or unfortunately, I just think the proof on-screen falls
more to droid than Not.
There just seems to me to be more of it.
*Human* - He says he is. He has red blood.
*Droid* - Not **enough** *blood*. Too much damage to head for so little
bloodloss, similarly lack of reaction. He is accused of being a droid by
whatsisface that wallops him and is NOT negated. (Yes, he is on the spec ed
dvd... but I don't view that as canon. Like I said, I've had it thrown
against me that the cocoon scene wasn't canon cos it wasn;t on the big
screen and I have accepted that.... It is NOW though !! ;' ) )
This, not even going into the whole *methodology* (cos it's only conjecture)
of; *The friendly face* fallacy, why would they send a man who is *worth* so
much to a place like that with so little security... (You think there was
enough? He could've been killed by that spanner, no?)
;' )
It really does come down to that make up effect.
See, effects like that are rarely, (if EVER) created *in camera*.
It takes hours of make up to get such an effect and set up etc for the lead
up to the *hit*, the *hit* itself and the aftermath.
To blame it on a *dodgy* prosthetic can only really damn both the effects
team AND the director for allowing it on screen in the first place. (IE,
Insofar as, if it were meant to show he was human, and with the rest of the
relevant occurances that happened leading up to it, and after it.)

It's siblings from the colony where ther *after* it, and as we know, the
whole mythology was thrown out of the window so Jimmy could get his ants.
The Alien in the *original* film, (and this *is* seen on screen), it can be
conjectured, is going into SOME form of dormant stage. As is seen by the
MUCH thickened mucus, it's curling into a small space and virtually shutting
down.
It has been suggested by *those who made the film* (your friends debatewise!
;' ) ) that this alien was becoming dormant, or maybe even about to
transform into a different type of creature.

Bud.... He KNOWS all this.
He's yer classic troll.
Troll and then accuss others of the EXACT things you were just doing.
Make pointless and meaningless single line statements at the end of posts
that make sense only in their own context.
(IE... The reply to your *apology*)
Next he'll be saying *I'm* a troll.... He's done it before... It's dull.
