This is a little off topic for this newsgroup, but I just installed a Countryman
E6 ear mounted microphone on a Shure transmitter for a church PA system.

The pastor tended to speak very softly and she was unable to get a decent level
into the system. The PA would feed back and there were a lot of people messing
with EQ until the entire system sounded horrible.

The E6 fixed the whole mess. Great sound and can hardly be seen. The system is
well designed and bypassing the graphic EQ cleaned up the sound.

My first experience with these, but I am certainly going to buy a few more of
those and the B6's.

That's exactly the situation the E6 was designed for. You picked up
8-10db more gain before feedback by having the mic close to the mouth.

Hi Marty,
I thought I'd mention that Lectro also has a 4in 4 out DSP box with
many functions and including feedback control. This is our DSP4/4. We
aren't very well known in the DSP product arena but we are working on
that. To plagarize the Avis ad, "We're number twenty two, and pedaling
as hard as we can".
