What is the proper wiring for EMW to Lectro?

The EMW is a 3 wire positive bias mic so:

Pin 1: Shield
Pin 2: Bias voltage
Pin 3: Audio

run a jumper from pin 1 to pin 4.
Do not use the TA5 F case as a ground connection.
