Archived from groups: alt>movies>cinematography (more info?)

Due to an unfortunate office closure we have some SGI Octane2 and Onyx4
systems available.

These systems are still current products and are available at a
fraction of their original cost. If you are familiar with SGI systems,
their performance and their pricing (whether you like them or not) you
know how expensive these systems were initially.

We have an Onyx4 Ultimate Vision configuration available with:
-4 x R16K / 700mhz cpu's
-4gb memory
-2 x Graphics Pipes with 256mb memory each
-2 x 18gb disks

$17K looking for a good home.

Octane2 systems with Dual R14K / 600mhz cpu's, anywhere from 2gb to 6gb
memory and V12 & V10 graphics.

Complete system starting at $3250.00 and top model for $4250.00

Discreet Flame & Smoke also available.

Just looking to recoup some of the initial investment.

If interested in more detail please contact us.
