Hi all,
I have just herited a Eumig Wien Type P8 in original box with cables
and all what I believe is included for cinematography.
I have tested it and it works tremendously well. Films included shows
neatly and all drivings are good and go.
I would like to ask anyone to advise me what to do with this
projector. I am a no-one concerning this.
Anyone?

The eumig p8 I believe were used for syncing sound with regular 8mm
movies.

you can use it as a projector.

Eumig P8 Imperial models had a tape syncing mechanism on the back that
controlled the projector speed to the tape speed. Rather like a built-in
Synchrodek.
