Archived from groups: alt>cult-movies (more info?)

Hi, Lawrence Kasdan, good director, Stephen King, sometimes good
writer. Dreamcatcher sometimes good sometimes awful. The good parts
were good enough that the bad parts really made me mad.
Aliens attack: they take over by turning to dust or gas and leaving a
red smear on people and animals, only 30% of those touched become nests
for the offspring that shoot out of the ass of someone who just died of
farting. One good guy who died twice in an accident can't be used like
that, so, the alien takes his mind over. Oh, a witty and urbane alien,
too. Also when he turns into the alien by having the alien dust-gas
itself out of his body the bullets his friend fires point blank hit
neither the gas-becoming-solid alien or the friend who is right behind
the gas-alien.
Morgan Freeman is the only 'name' in the movie and he goes hunting his
number 2 man because a) the number 2 believes the story of our hereos
and b) someone has to go crazy in a S. King story. bye,

(.sig is in general, not aimed at any one post) Their, they're, your
going too loose you're grammar, to! *Anybody* can talk the talk-can
you right the write?

So how bad is TCM remake (spoilers are welcome!) - I'm not going to see it so fire away!

Fargo - woodchipper scene (perhaps some spoilers) - Hiya. I was just wondering - who exactly was woodchipped in that scene? Steve Buscemi, the kidnapped wife, or both? Did we actually see the wife get killed? Thanx.

Best Zombie Movie - Yeah, I know it's been done. But as tribute to the North American debut of 28 Days Later I want to hear from the group on their favorites. CHOPPER CHICKS IN ZOMBIE TOWN DAWN OF THE DEAD RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD

Marcus-Nelson Murders - does anyone know where I can get The Marcus-Nelson Murders? Is it or the Kojak series on DVD yet? thanks sothoth

Original GOJIRA -- where can I get it? - Apologies if this is a frequently asked question, but I'm getting stumped trying to buy a VHS tape of the original GOJIRA (GODZILLA) 1954, in Japanese with English subtitles (not the Raymond Burr American version). Can anyone point me to a source? ..
