Including, unfortunately, some very sophisticated people who ought to
be curious enough to watch at least one feature. But Tom has a point--
this reviewer doesn't fall in that category.
To me what is worse than ignorance is seeing a Chaplin film and
being completely oblivious to the edginess and irony. If someone
thinks Chaplin is "too sentimental," he's missed the point almost
completely.
