Post subject: New Eraserhead DVD?
Archived from groups: alt>movies>david-lynch (more info?)
Can anyone tell me if the DVD of Eraserhead available at Amazon.com
for $22 is the same as the one available on the David Lynch website
for $40 (other than the packaging)? Or are they from different
masters, or is one pan-and-scan while the other is widescreen, or
what?

Same disc (same transfer and fantastic interview), different case. Same
goes for "The Short Films of David Lynch". Both essential.

question on new eraserhead DVD - On this newest release I read on some site there's an hour 1/2 documentary. I already have a sort of "making of eraserhead" doc which is about 1 hr 25. I copied off a dvd I rented about 2 years ago. I cant recall, it may have been some import....
