Eraserhead question

I watched Eraserhead again for the first time in a very long time
after getting it from Dl.com. Anyways there are some people in the
credit I don't remember seeing in the movie like a Mr Roundheels, I
believe has name was and the landlady. Are these people not in the
movie are or have I missed them again.

I think they are in deleted scenes but the credits were never changed to
reflect that.
