re: your tests a few weeks ago of the FR2 S/N etc, did you ever get to
do any listening
tests 24 vs 16 bit? What did you think of the onboard limiter?

I think I've done most all of my listening at 16 bit, and it hasn't been
extensive. The limiter seemed to be fairly decent, to my ear, but I didn't make
a practice of pushing it so much. Setting up at -12 if the limiter worked on an
occasional transient, at worst its better than having overs, and at best, I
didn't notice any wacky artifacts.
