Post subject: FYI: Lausanne lab developing Kodachrome 40 closing in September 2006.

Forwarded:

Following some confusion in Europe regarding the
absolute end date for the processing of
Kodachrome 40 film stock at the Lausanne lab in
Switzerland, we can today announce that Kodak
have confirmed to onsuper8.org that processing
will continue until September 2006. This is a
major stay of execution from the original,
earlier date of May and excellent news for those
with stocks of K40 in the fridge, thus promising
the prospect of a real Indian Kodachrome summer!

All K40 users in Europe should note that the most
efficient way to get stock processed is to send
it directly to the Swiss lab at - Kodak Photo
Service SA, Case Postale, CH-1001 Lausanne,
Switzerland
