Anyone know where to buy some P+G replacement caps? different colors?

442 Fader Question - I set my fader to 12 O'clock and adjust gain accordingly to set my level. From 12 to 3 o'clock on the fader seems to be a dead spot. When I have to bump the level up a bit I have to go to 3 o'clock to get a good level increase. From 12 o'clock to 10..
