What Is This Film Called?

I'm trying to find a movie from a fwe years back but am having a
terrible time finding it! I'm wondering if anyone would be able to
help me identify the name of it.

The film starts in a waiting room, of sorts. There are about 20 people
in the room sitting around the walls in chairs much like a doctor's
waiting room commonly appears. Some of them are talking, some not
saying a word. The most notable detail is that most of the people are
not acting like one might expect at all. An example, a 60 year old man
actually claiming to be a 15 year old girl or a young boy hitting on an
older woman... or at least a guy claiming to be an older woman. (Yes,
I know this sounds disturbing, but for very good reason).

This turns out to be a virtual representation of a chat room. At the
end of the film, we realize that two room mates are in the chat room,
unbeknownst to one another. Both are claiming to be someone they are
not. If I remember correctly, they are actually flirting with one
another, buth guy in real life...

Anyway, does anyone remember what this was called? I though it was
called "Waiting Room" but cannot find it anywhere! It was released
between 1999-2002 I'm pretty sure. Furthermore, I thought it was
available on iFilm for a while, but that is not confirmed.
