We still have vendor tables available and Pre-show performances are still
wide open to apply for.
With all the talented people in this community, I find it hard to believe
that no one wants to show off a bit with a pre-show. =-) Email Dave if you
are interested in doing a pre-show number.

Tomorrow (May 1st) will be the last day that you can pay via Paypal. The
only payment option that will be open after tomorrow is CASH at the door.

We really hope that everyone will have a wonderful time at our little party
in the hills!

The countdown is on, there are only a few short days until "We Are...
Rocky!" rocks Huntington, WV. This is just a quick note to let you know
that Dave, Dawn, and DownHome Decadence really do thank you from the
bottom of our hearts for choosing to spend the weekend with us, if you
so make this choice, please know we are working our tail feathers off to
make sure it will be a weekend you will remember...for a very long time!

We have many events planned for the weekend, to include two totally
interactive performances of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, a special
screening of Shock Treatment shown for the first time in West Virginia
since 1985, as well as a special showing of the Brian DePalma classic
Phantom of the Paradise. All movies shown during We Are... Rocky! are
included with your Absolute Pleasure Pass, are being shown from
celluloid (NOT DVD), and will be complete with full shadowcasts.

We will have special commemorative tee shirts, long sleeve tee shirts,
and heavy-weight hoodies available to commemorate the event:

Tee Shirts - Small, Medium, Large, X Large, XX Large, and XXX Large -
All sizes $12.00
Long Sleeve Tee Shirts - Small, Medium, Large, X Large, XX Large, and
XXX Large - All sizes $15.00
Heavy Weight Hoodies - Small, Medium, Large, X Large, XX Large, and XXX
Large - All sizes $25.00

Please respond to this e-mail if you would be interested in any of the
merchandise with quantities and sizes to make sure we have the items you
would like. You will not need to pay for the items until registration -
you can pay at the door. We will only have limited numbers of extra
stock available however, so please reserve your merchandise prior to the
event to ensure we have stock available for you. If not, we may have to
ship your items to you after the event.

It is also not too late to register for the event. It is too late to
use PayPal, but we will accept cash payment at the door. Please go to
the site and register for the event (http://www.rockycon07.com) so we
can make sure to have a welcome pack waiting for you.

Also, remember to make sure you get the special discount of $79.95
(+tax) at the Holiday Inn, you must call and reserve your room before
05/04/2007 at Midnight. You must call the hotel directly at
1-304-523-8880 and ask for a room in the ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW block
of rooms.

It is also not too late to sign up to do a special performance on
Saturday night during the event. You can either perform live or submit
a video preshow. Please e-mail us to let us know if you would be
interested in a time slot for a special performance.
