Post subject: Final Flight of the Osiris

I'm a Matrix newbie. Sorry if I missed this somewhere, but
Why didn't the Osiris use an EMP?
Furthermore, why didn't the humans send the fleet up to the surface and have
every ship set off EMPs in rapid succession?

the osiris didn't use a EMP becouse the EMP would disable all of osiris's
electrical systems and the osiris would have crashed, plus there were so
meny sentenals not all of them would have been in range of the EMP and then
the osiris would have been left helpless

They couldn't use an EMP because Jue was in Matrix and had to deliver the
package.
And no one looked at the monitors so they didn;t know whether she
acomplished her mission or not.
If Thadeus (or anybody else) knew that she deliverd the package they would
probably fire an EMP.


About the second q.
The EMP range ain't very large...People would have to fly one up,fire
EMP,fly second up,EMP,fly third,EMP and so on and they would be out of ships
and the ships after fireing EMP's were useless...and the machines -
endless...
