Archived from groups: rec>arts>movies>production>sound (more info?)

Click on the photo titled "News Flash" here: http://www.trewaudio.com/gallery/.

The arrangement uses the Remote Audio Drive Mounter system (http://
www.trewaudio.com/remoteaudio/drivemounter/) and a CF-IDE array
adapter. The adapter holds two Compact Flash cards, which the Deva
sees as a single hard drive (two 32G cards yield 64G). They format,
record, and playback just like an HDD. The flash card adapters are
only about $20 each.

Special thanks to Peter Kurland for some added inspiration.
