The Fostex D-25 is a fully professional four-head digital master
recorder, equipped with 16Mbit of RAM, RS422 control, in-built
SMPTE/EBU timecode generator/reader (all formats) & a chase lock
synchroniser with offset.
Designed for post-production & editing, the D-25 is equipped with
16Mbit of RAM allowing pin-point cueing & instant start & performs
several other functions over RS422 such as pitch control & independent
L-R record select. It also resolves to most external references such
as Word clock, Video Sync & DAT frame + WORD.
