Freeview channels are only broadcast in stereo, so there is basically
no difference* between using an analogue or digital output from a
freeview box.

Andy.

* There may be tiny weeny differences based on the different circuitry
in your freeview box or HC receiver. However, it is unlikely such a
difference is perceptable and it certainly isn't worth changing your
box.
