French horror film - help with film title needed

Staggering back from the pub about 20 years ago, I slumped down to
watch a strange European (probably but not certainly French) movie on
TV. The plot was essentially that a woman came to a seaside resort to
relax and recuperate. She finds out that the staff, mainly young men,
are being killed for their body parts to keep the guests healthy. The
movie has a dreamy quality about it. At least, I think it was the
film, not my drunken demeanour at the time. Anyway, any help getting
the title of this movie would be greatly appreciated. Please post
