It will take 1080i, de-interlace it then downscale it to 720p so you're
better off feeding it with 720p in the first place imho - just one scaling
operation that way. My TX200 looks much better fed with 720p than 1080i.
720p IS HD spec (but not of course as HD as 1080p PJs which are much more
expensive atm but you'll not notice the difference unless you're sitting
really close in which case the screen door effect will be evident anyway.
