The game is supposed to be set inside the Matrix following the plot of
Revolutions. So... I doubt it.

Heh, I know. I was trying to make a joke out of it, I guess I failed.
I didn't seriously expect a class that could manufacture agents :)
I was just taking his idea a step further.

In case I wasn't fully clear, I mean like how there are "blacksmith"
and other similar "crafting" type roles you can play in most MMORPG's.
When he said Agent Smith was an "Agentsmith", I was just jokingly
suggesting it as a playable class for the game.

And 'Agent' is a term used in chemistry as the thing that enables a reaction.

The Agents' names were taken from an obscure comic book. For fun
punch "Smith Brown Jones Alien Accountant" into Google and see if
you can spot the similarities to the Matrix's agents.
