Okay, so like the sad fanboy that I am, I watched every trailer I could
find, *on my wedding anniversary*, to see if I could answer this
question. All I could find that even lasted 1:40 was the Revolutions
trailer, and the music playing at that point is Don Davis' Neodammerung.
The "genre"? Apocalyptic Opera, maybe?

Yes,that's the one...I knew it was something with "rung" in the end:)
But I didn't knew that Don Davis did it...

Do You maybe know some other songs(groups) making this kind of music?
Cause it's f***ing awesome...
And specially when it's in a movie in a perfect moment... I love it >> Stay informed about: Genre |

I'm not very au faux with classical material, but I'd suggest a scan
through the opera section in your local store, and find some choral
stuff. My guess is that the German and/or Russian material will be your
best bet.
Wagner might suit you. Prokofiev, too.
But no-one else uses the Upanishads as lyrical material, as far as I
know. :)

Probably ANY Wagner would work...not even the opera's. And some Tchaikovsky
too. "Marche Slave" to be specific.
