Does anyone know where I can find the 1974 Soundtrack by Masaru Sato? I've
looked on the net but it seems unclear as to who has it for sale. This isn't
something that you can find on Amazon.

Thanks.

Aggravating site to navigate. I was hoping that I would run into someone who
has bought stuff from a reputable dealer and recommend them.

I second that. Just because I haven't personally purchased anything from
them doesn't mean I don't know people who have, and have highly recommended
them.

Well, I looked and none of the sites listed on CD Japan had access to this
soundtrack. Too bad. I bet if I had looked 10-15 years ago I would have
found it.

Guess I'll just have to keep an eye on Ebay.

Thanks for your help.

I think he might've been referring to www.cdjapan.co.jp but the CD's not on
that site either.

I thought that it was me! I looked at the majority of links on that site and
came up empty. A few places that I remember buying stuff from don't exist
any more so I figured I would check here and see if someone had either
bought the same thing from a site or saw it on the site as they bought other
stuff.

I really didn't think that this soundtrack would be that hard to track down
on the internet. I'm kind of puzzled by that.

It's probably a case of that one unexplored link.

I wonder if Club D can get it / order it? Are they still in business?

I think the thing to think about though is, is this even available? I
haven't seen anything (other than compilations) from earlier than Godzilla
1985 (except an unauthorized release of music from Gojira (54).

Considering how the movie in question predates CD's (or at least, mainstream
usage thereof), it's possible it was never considered popular enough to
warrant a media transfer.

wrong, the cds were pressed in very limited supply and many were released in
the 90's, despite the films being older.toho isnt big on rereleases.I do
have a copy.
