Illegal. You're profitting off of the copyright of another. Even if you
technically only charge for the "material and labor", it still violates the
fair use law, and Toho would not allow it (and in recent years, Toho has
been quite legitious, so it's not something I'd want to attempt, even on
some rand street corner selling out of a box).
