I've read that this is a newly restored 35mm print of the original 1925
film they'll be screening. Last year, "The Circus" sold out and was a
huge favourite, so by popular demand the SIFF is screening "The Gold
Rush."

'42 Gold Rush - Recent posts compelled me to look at the first 10 minutes of the '42 Gold Rush for the first time in a few years. All I can say is, replace Charlie's voice with Hans Conreid and you've got a pretty good episode of "Fractured Flickers".
