I need a HDCAM for a movie, any things to look for? (PAL)

I just got financing,

I'm not sure I will rent.

Can I get a good HDCAM (PAL) kit, lens.. for $20,000

What are some name brands and models I should search for new and used?


Ebay is not that great because the ones that are listed for $20,000 and
$45,000 are continually listed
unsold and re listed.

Where is a good web site where I can join in current trends in HDCAM
technology?


I could get this in 6 months so if any new technology comes out like true
progressive?


Where do I start?

Will $20,000 get a camera good enough to shoot a real movie?
