NEED TO IDENTIFY 70's TV MOVIE

all i remember is a woman who continually hears a voice calling her
saying "help me", i believe, and everyone thinks she's crazy and she
finally tries to find the source of the voice and it's a grave and she
starts digging and the dead woman pops out of the grave and drags her
down into the mud.

i thought it was called "buried alive", but i don't think that's
right, and i think it was an abc friday night movie from like '74 or
'75
