Identify this movie

I don't remember the name of this movie but I remember how it
started.
It starts with two guys and a woman breaking into an old woman's house
and they go upstairs and the old woman is asleep. She wakes up and one
of the guys hits her with an axe in her forehead. As the old woman is
laying on the floor with the axe still in her head the guy tries to
remove a necklace she is wearing. The old woman comes back to life and
grabs the guy and headbutts him with the axe sticking out of her head
and putting the other end of the axe into his head. The girl starts
screaming and runs off and some evil invisible force picks her up and
starts choking her and she makes it outside and somehow ends up in a
swimming pool and drowns. That's all I remember of it. Anyone know
what the title of this movie is?

Wow, I've never seen that one, and by god I should have. Good luck, just
doesn't ring any bells with me

I wish I were a spy and evil people had come to my house and torn it apart
looking for secrets. Then at least I'd have an excuse for it looking that
way.
