I've read a lot of Kafka, but somehow missed "A country Doctor". Took
a read today, I kept thinking of David Lynch. I wonder if others who
have read that came to the conclusion that this is definitely a dream.
A dream loaded with rich symbolism.

I don't know who made it, but theres a short film adaptation of country
doctor in quay/svankmajer style stop motion animation. Very very cool stuff.

Out-Lynching David Lynch - Oh my God. I just watched the most incredible movie. If you haven't seen this movie, go find as soon as possible "Santa Sangre", directed by Alejandro Jodorowsky.
