Archived from groups: alt>movies>silent (more info?)

I was watching the Kino video of Keaton's "Convict 13" last night and
the opening title card, which looked original, said Joseph M. Schenck
(I read that as Comique) with distribution by First National.

Every reference I've found lists the distributor as Metro.

Which is correct?

Thanks in advance.
