Post subject: New! Ken Russell's "The Mystery of Mata Hari"
Archived from groups: alt>cult-movies, others (more info?)

I read in U.K.'s Guardian that Ken Russell is working on a new film -- "The
Mystery of Mata Hari".

It's low budget -- he's financing it himself, but to me, that just makes it
sound cooler. Am I alone here, or does the idea of a Ken Russell movie about
Mata Hari sound like a really cool idea?

The article didn't say much about the film, but the more I think about it,
the more I want to see it. I hope the lack of studio backing doesn't just
kill the distribution.

Anyone else dig up any info on this film? I'd love to hear more.
