That cove where the partially sunken
wooden ship was -- anyone know where
that was?

It was filmed on Catalina Island. The Catalina Island museum has
pictures of an old Spanish galleon that sat partially submerged in the
isthmus area for years, but the one in KID BROTHER--I'm sure--was
something else, probably of Lloyd's own invention (I'm sure Annette
D'Agostino's new book has the answer...I just don't have the book
yet).
