The other day I was at the mall.

I always go there about once a week. Been doing it for years every
Saturday. Malls are some of my favorite places to go and I love to look
around at the trendy clothing stores.

What did I see on display near the entrance of ultra rocker trendy Hot
Topic??? DVDs of Kino's OLD DARK HOUSE.

WOW!!! Unbelievable! Congratulations! :)

Right out there in the open. Nothing but OLD DARK HOUSE dvds in their own
special place. Not bin, but their own reserved rack. :)

Wonderful!

If I could find the quote I would of put here something that I heard
on a (not that funny) show called Drawn Together. It wen't something
around the lines of no store can survive selling :something: and hello
kitty coin purses alone. They have to sell other things. But I can't
find it online so you're just gunna have to have this.

By the way, how much was Hot Topic selling those for?

If I remember correctly it was under $19.

They sell more than Hello Kitty stuff.

There is a lot of great t-shirts; Rock and Roll, Superhero, skulls, and the
like.

Lots of great beltbuckles and skull rings, too. I think half of my belt
buckles came from there.

Folks there have pink and purple hair, too. The one guy there wears a kilt.

I always like looking over their stuff. :)

"How else do you think Hot Topic makes money? From selling Hello Kitty
coin purses and Invader Zim seat covers? What kind of a business plan
is that?"

I went to the company's website to check this out and not only is "Old
Dark House" available but Tod Browning's Freaks and the James Whale's
Frankenstein are also available.
