Across The Lake?

There was a film, maybe only ever made for tv in the uk, not sure, Across
The Lake, in which Anthony Hopkins played the late great Donald Campbell.
Did anyone see this? I want to get my hands on a copy, and wonder if it
ever got a release on any other media format? Thanks.
