Anybody in the vast rampness ever figured out if the phantom power
supplies of other lav mic manufacturers can safely power Lectrosonic
M-150? That's the free mic you get with the Lectro RF systems. I could
experiment but I know that you can blow out a Lav mic by giving it too
much voltage. I own 48 volt power supplies for a Sonotrim, Countryman
B6, and Sanken COS11B Lavs. Someone out there must have tried this one!

Thanks, Chris Coughlin

PS. just back from a job in Shanghai. Now that city is jumpin!

Thanks for all the input. Just to feedback, I have tested my M-150
lav mics with the 48 volt phantom power supplies from my Sanken COS 11B
lavs and it works great! Always nice to have another option with your
mics.

I don't know if Larry Fisher is still monitoring this post, but I
am curious what the difference is between the 150 and the 152 mics?

Best, Chris
