Hi Brian,
We don't have a web page that has the firmware versions listed. Most
of the changes are for use at the factory. Some of the firmware revs
will be internal tests that can be run by the software on the unit.
Some have been due to small changes in microprocessors (more internal
memory for instance) or a different clock crystal setup. Some minor
changes are additional emulations of other brand systems. There are
also minor tweaks to squelch levels or timing that aren't worth
opening a unit up to reinstall.
Major changes would include fixes that make the system work like it
was supposed to and additions like the remote control coding on the
SM.
At the moment, the only way to find out if there is a major upgrade to
a unit, is to ask the service department. Email dean RemoveThis @lectrosonics.com
However, we are going to add a web page that has the "major" changes
in the past and the all the future changes as we do them in the
future. An explanation of the significance of the change will be
included.
Best Regards,
Larry Fisher
