Sorry to hear you got a DOA. Our policy is to ship a replacement unit
through the dealer's account, i.e., you contact the Lectro dealer, we
run the paperwork through that dealer, and we ship a unit on our dime
directly to you. This assumes we have a unit we can snag out of
production and point in your direction. That depends on the block.
If we are out, we can next day Fedex on our account your unit, repair
it the day it comes in and get it back to you next day. This is a two
or three day process.
