I have an old Professional Sound Corporation MX-4S mixer. I am
searching for a 2-channel add-on component that connects via the
multi-pin port on the left side of the mixer. Basically, it makes your
4-channel mixer a 6-channel mixer! According to Professional Sound
Corporation, only a few of these add-on devices were made for the
MX-4S, which went out of production about 14 years ago.

if its line level unbalance parallel input , you can stick there every
mixer or preamp and feed the main bus
I don't familiar with that one but usually its -10 dbv level inputs
