I recently rented (and then purchased) Robert Altman's "Images" from 1972.
What a great movie. I think this one will appeal to Lynch fans. If you
haven't seen it, check it out.

Thanks for the review. I've been wanting to see that movie for quite some time,
and now I think I'll go ahead and get it.

I didn't give it much of a review, did I? I didn't want to give too much
away, but let me just say it strikes me as a very Lynch-like movie. It
seems to be about a woman who is either going insane, or who has always had
a dual personality at some level - and now it's getting worse. You wonder
throughout the movie how much is real and how much is imaginary, and you
leave the movie scratching your head trying to figure out what it all
means. And it's wide open to interpretation.

So, definitely rent it. It's also got stunningly beautiful shots from
Ireland.
