Rustic old cabin in the wood or investor in the project.

Hello group.

We are looking for rustic old cabin in the wood for an up coming low
budget horror movie "Nix Effect" be film this fall. We're base in Los
Angeles, so it would be nice to find something near by, but willing to
drive about 7-8 hours out to the location. We can pay around $1000 for
the location fee for one-month shoot. The more beat up and deep in the
wood of the cabin the better! If you own such cabin or know someone
who dose, please send us the pic and info of the cabin to

will get pay you will also received a credit as the location manager,
pretty cool I would say.

Also at this time "Nix Effect" is looking to welcome investors. Our
last project "208", a short film was well received by film credits and
went on to plays in both nationals as well as international film
festival. "208" is currently being sold and distributes in Europe by
Horror Cinema Club. "Nix Effect" is a promising new feature film with
strong potential returns by the same director and writer-Jimmy Sariya.
