Post subject: Scandinavian Lynch DVDs by Jupiter: a major WARNING
Archived from groups: alt>movies>david-lynch (more info?)

I've been gullible enough to invest in a few Lynch titles on DVD. This should
be a wonderful thing, I know, but here in Denmark (and all of Scandinavia, I
think), some of the Lynch titles (Blue Velvet and Dune for instance) are
released by a company called Jupiter.

I cannot empathize this WARNING strongly enough: these Jupiter releases are
horrible grainy non-anamorphic 4:3 format releases, that look like they've been
recorded from a worn down VHS tape. Buy them from England or USA, that's all I
can say.

Regards,
Baldrick
