I've just moved from Melbourne to Auckland (NZ), and I found a black
strip (~1-3cm) on the upper part of the TV screen. Does anybody know
how to shift the picture upwards to the right position? I can't find
how to access the service menu. I tried the instructions for other
models but they didn't work.

Any advice will be highly appreciated.

Greg

I have the service manual here. Email me and I will send you a scan of the
relevant pages.
