silent films showing at the Stanford Theatre in Palo Alto, CA:

this is a charming comedy starring Reginald Denny & Laura La Plante...

and 3 silent Capra films:

Power of the Press (with Chris Elliott at the Wurlitzer) - Fri Nov 2

Submarine (with Jim Riggs at the Wurlitzer) - Fri Nov 16

The Strong Man (with Dennis James at the Wurlitzer) - Fri Nov 30

Also, although it's not a silent, some folks might be interested in
seeing Michael Powell's OH... ROSALINDA!! in a rare screening October
26-30.
