I just got my calendar from American Cinemateque. For any of you in the
Los Angeles area, John Bengtson (author of Silent Traces: Discovering
Early Hollywood Through the Films of Charlie Chaplin) will be having a
booksigning and discussion before a screening of The Kid at the
Egyptian Theatre (where The Gold Rush premiered) on Wednesday, Jan 25th
at 7:30
