I just wonder what exactly an alien eats.
In Alien 1, 2 and 4 we just can see the Alien human attacks / kill.

There is only an allusion in Alien 3 that they could not only
attack but eat humans, is that only for alimentation? Or a sadic
autopsy...
Not so clear.

In all case i just wonder what they could eat (if really they do)
when there is no humans to hunt!!
Exept if they are Canibals as we see they could fight each other in
Alien 4.
And why not vegetarian...

Bye all
Richard

This has come up before. In A1, there was apparently a never-filmed allusion
to the alien eating the crew's food. You're right, it is not clear whether /
what it eats. But given that it looks glassy and metallic, and the
Nostromo's cargo was mineral ore, I think it eats that.

To obtain hosts, and because it is fun.

And the crashed ship on LV-264 was actually like a school bus out on
an excursion, the space jockey being the fully mature alien driving
it? ; )

Probably not since I'm not sure what you're talking about.
