Hi all

Following is the Stanford Theatre's silent film series for this
summer. All films will have live accompaniment on the Wurlitzer
organ. Screenings are at 7:30. All will be shown as part of a double
feature, the second feature being a sound film.

That Certain Thing (Capra, 1928) - July 21 (2nd feature: It Happened

The Mark of Zorro (Fairbanks, 1920) - July 28 (2nd feature: Mr.
Robinson Crusoe)
Flesh and the Devil (Garbo/Gilbert 1926) - Aug 4 (2nd feature: Queen
Christina)
Wings (1927) - Aug 11 - restored print from The Academy (2nd feature:
The Saturday Night Kid)
The Cameraman (Keaton, 1928) - Aug 18 (2nd feature: Speak Easily)
The Cardboard Lover (Marion Davies, 1928) - Aug 25 (2nd feature: Peg
o' My Heart)
The Crowd (Vidor, 1928) - Sept 1 (2nd feature: Our Daily Bread)
City Girl (Murnau, 1930) - Sept 8 (2nd feature: Sunrise)
Orphans of the Storm (Griffith, 1921) - Sept 15
